causes significant emotional or psychological harm
to a child.
Conclusion
Organisations that work with children and provide
the relevant services should be aware of the
expansion of the definition of reportable conduct,
as discussed above and outlined in the WA Reportable Conduct Scheme topic, and update
their policies and procedures accordingly.
